The WORST ISP ever, no sense of urgency, clients are not respected by this business!!!!!

The worst service experience I have ever experienced I had a good package LTE package and MWEB convinced me to signup with the last year, I took up the offer this year January 2020, I have since cancelled my contract with my provider with the hope that my FIBRE with MWEB would activate their services. I am on the 4th Month and I have not been assisted, I have had a dozen follow ups, with my own airtime I spend at least an hour on hold. No Manager is available to take up my query and I am aware that there is Bramwell, Agmed and Ayishah as Sales managers, however, they with the countless follow ups and the need for me to talk to them they are never available or let alone return my calls. This is very pathetic and annoying!!!!
