The worst internet service provider ever

I requested to upgrade from LTE to FIBRE on 26/05. I explained that I work from home and an internet connection is important. I made the connection fee and upcoming instalment fee immediately and sent proof of payment immediately, on the 29/05 I called to follow up as i received no communication at all the lady advised that there was no order placed, and she would get the person to call me back, to date I have received no comms. I called on 03/06, 4 times on hold for 30 minutes at a time and everytime I get through to someone the calls are being disconnected when I’m asked to provide my ID or cell number, and nobody bothers to cal back email SMS NOTHING AT ALL! Stay away from this pathetic service I want a refund of monies paid I’ll find another service provider
