The worst Internet provider in South Africa!

The worst Internet provider that exists!! I have a contract with them for years, but although my WiFi is supposed to be uncapped and the highest speed possible, it is almost non-existent! Every attempt trying to get the problem solved leads to nothing. I have tried before to switch to another provider, but even there they try to make it as difficult as possible.
