The worst internet provider ever!!!

The internet provider did not fulfill their promises. Despite requesting Wi-Fi cancellation a month in advance, Brenda angered from the cancellation team was rude and tried to make me downgrade instead. The contract was supposed to end on January 1, 2025, as assured by Brenda in emails. However, they disconnected my service in December without notice. They avoided my calls and emails, leaving me without internet for the entire month of December . Yet, they continue to debit my account post-cancellation without responding to my inquiries, causing frustration and wasting time.
