The worst fibre service that I received from Mweb

Their customer service is the worst. If you decided to use the live chat assistant, they will just end the chat without resolving or helping you with anything. If you call them for technical support, you will have to be on hold for over 30 minutes then they disconnect. When you apply for their service, they will immediately deduct their service fee and they will never attend to you again and it might take you 30 days to speak to their consultants who also do t listen when you give them your details. I don’t understand why Openserve has them as an ISP. If you want home Fibre please don’t bother contacting these people. You will be without internet for weeks .
