The WORST fibre provider

Absolutely ridiculous and shocking!

I am writing this on behalf of my friend.

MWeb has now become the WORST ever fibre service provider.

After months on end battling with signal and having issues with "DNS". My friend is faced with ZERO internet. This has been on-going since the installation on the 12 August 2020.

For the WHOLE Easter long weekend she had no internet due to this connection issue. She had to pushed data at a higher rate from other networks to ensure she could continue to work.

This past Tuesday, 6 April 2021 technicians come through from Open Serve. They confirmed that Frogfoot are at fault when they initially installed the fibre.

My friend has been unable to do her work for days on ends without internet.

She even went sofar as logging a complaint with ISPA, which partially worked.

She will now reopen that complaint with ISPA knowing what I know now.

Shoddy workmanship!

Holding on for an hour at a time for their call centre, week after week.

Having a rude call centre agent and to top it all off providing her with an incorrect reference number to follow up on the complaint.
