The worst fibre company in SA!!

Vumatel installed my fibre line and I subscribe to Mweb. I have had intermittent connection for the last 6 weeks. Have been calling them, reporting the problem 9 times already. They could not fix the problem and make out as if I'm stupid. I have asked on two occasions to log a call to Vumatel to come out to my house to repair. On both occasions they did not come out but only send me an SMS saying "your connection issues have been resolved". I have spent more than 2 hours on the phone to them an still have not resolve. I am a financial director of a group of companies who cannot be without connection. They don't care. I will not recommend them to anyone. After sales service sucks and they have a bad attitude.
