The worst!!!!!

By Far the worst ISP EVER!!!! canceled our service on the 21st Dec 2022 . Fibre went off 3rd of January 2023 and today the 9th of January 2023 They still not releasing our line, preventing us from subriscribing to another ISP. I just spoke to an Agent ISMAIL who would not assist me . Knowing the retention department only opens at 8am i called around 7.50am and he still put me through and my call dropped.

After numerous calls , emails and tickets logged they are still holding our line hostage 6 days and counting.

Very dissapointed with this awfull service and will not recommend them to anyone.
