The worst customer service

I signed up with Mweb at the beginning of January and have paid for 3 months worth of service but to this day have only had 1 day of internet access. The number of calls to them have been endless (a minimum of 20min waiting each time) and still they don't seem to care that they connected me to my neighbour's box so I need to be reconnected but continue to charge me and somehow cannot even figure out themselves how to even cancel my order or refund me.. the level of customer service and follow up is appalling and I continue to pay their costs
