The worst customer service and resolution time

I am very disappointed by the service ive received from this business as well as openserve . I placed in a request to move houses at the beginning of january for the 1st of March. When i moved the gentlemen who came to assist with installing the wifi made us open the gate and waited in the car for 10minutes, came in for 5 minutes, could not find the line, said the pole was in the neighbours yard, tried calling over the wall for the neighbour, left, cancelled my order. it is now the second week into March without WIFI, i have attempted to call, log a query and chat to an agent online and i have not gotten a hold of anybody. YET they are debiting my account. I cant even contact anybody to cancel my subscription to mweb completely. i am frustrated, it is not this difficult to get things done with other internet service providers.
