The worst customer service!

Has to be the WORST customer service I received from any service provider! They were not willing to help with queries, they have bad admin processes, do not stick to their timelines and work on incorrect information! I had to wait very long to get through to a consultant and when I eventually got through, a consultant put me on hold for over 3mins and the call ended. All this before installation and me getting to use their product!
