The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Unbelievably bad customer service. Changed address 2 weeks ago and they have not connected me. I’ve used R 400 airtime, waited for hours to speak to absolutely useless customer service agents who cannot offer any explanation or help!!! What’s the point.
