The worsest!

I have been with Mweb for a few years now, never getting the promised speeds that I pay for. Even with laptop plugged in directly to a high-speed router I don't get beyond 100 MBPS at 5:00 in the morning while my contract is for 300/150. Trying their so-called chat support disengages every time I click on "technical" support as an option. It just says "Agent left the room". I think the time has come for me to leave the room and move to another provider.
