The worse service from MWEB fibre!!!!! So very sad!!!!

Terrible, terrible, horrible service!!!!!!! App**** on 26 November 2024, till today no connection, no contractor, no calls, nothing!!!!! When I phone to enquire, hold on for more than 20 min for assistance and installation then gets moved on by 2 to 3 days, even though they say they will attend to it immediately. Installation would have been completed on 8 January 2025, but nothing happened. Yesterday open serve came here to activate a line for my fibre installation from the whole at my driveway. After them, only then MWEB contractor can and pull the line through piping to my house and activaye the fibre. Today is 15 Jan 2025. No word from MWEB as yet. What is going on!!!!!!!
