The Titanic 2.0

One star is still too much. I have never experienced such delays dealing with a fiber service provider. Will never recommend them. The staff are trained like really bad AI and keep repeating the same mantra of how long it takes to complete a move. I required a remote activation and more than 10 days later still nothing. Apparently, Mweb has been bought by Mweb Africa and it is a disaster. I hope the staff jump ship as I see an iceberg
