The technical support service is the worst

The technical support service is the worst I have ever experienced from a service provider. After using their data sim for a few months, the sim suddenly deactivated without warning. I logged a call with MWEB and have not received any feedback for over a month. Currently paying for a service which I am not receiving. When I ask to go directly to Telkom to receive the help I need, they tell me that Telkom will send me back to MWEB. I would not recommend MWEB as a service provider.
