The service is the BOTTOM!

The worst service I’ve ever received from a product provider!! My installation has taken 3weeks to complete and it’s still not done! You can never get through to their contact centre, only the new business division takes calls directly (go figure!)and even they put you on hold for forever when they realise I’m trying to get assistance with my current order. I have not received a call back for any assistance, I’ve been calling and leaving my number to be called back since Monday. I even opted to tweet them and that didn’t work. I can’t even cancel this half done mess! I am livid!!!!!!!! You guys clearly don’t care about getting business. Your service is horrible and I hope people become aware of your horrible service! You can’t treat people like this!
