The response to my online enquiry was super efficient. I enquired about their fibre deals through the website in the evening and received a call less than 12 hours later. The agent I spoke to was friendly, explained everything thoroughly and answered all the questions I had. They are a high-quality and affordable ISP, which is a rare combo to find. Will definitely be recommending it to others.
