The product is good, the after sale service is lacking

The product is good, the after sale service is lacking. I think they have 2 people working their. The App does not allow one to submit a query (anymore) not that they ever rep****. Now they offer a chat, which no one reply either. Not I am stuck with bad connection on my router. And if I call, I will have to hold for 15min plus just to be cut off, and going through the motions again, 3 times. This is the usual problem with Mweb, they are not making it easier for any client. The service is broken, like my internet.
