The only thing MWEB KMOWS IS TO DEBIT, NO SERVICE OR SENSE OF URGENCY!!!

Evotel and Mweb are **********, so we ordered fiber from MWEB, evotel came and installed infracture on the 13th of December, the technicians advised us that the line is bad and needs to be fixed by Evotel team. I called evotel and explained everything on the same day. Till today, we got nothing, no fiber, meanwhile MWEB was quick to debit, even though we haven't received the router. Please don't use Evotel or MWEB,THEY ARE **********.
