The most useless ISP with useless Agents! MWEB is bad guys, avoid at all costs!

I am having the worst experience with Mweb, the service is just poor on so many levels! Anyone deciding to go with Mweb, don't!

I called the call centre today, spoke to Ismail and what suprises me is that there is NO call records with regards to a call I made, I spoke to a lady on Saturday 02/04/2022 at 11.02(Forgot her name) however she lies, bluntly misguided me and now the issue is just further delayed.

Anyway Mweb, I really wish you look into your service delivery, it's pathetic! Mweb blames Vumatel, Vumatel blames Mweb, all this tit for tat buisness you got going on with Vumatel, Is honestly boring! I am still NOT connected, please connect me the most useless ISP under the sun! Maybe look into fitting into government sector.
