The most disorganised ISP: Mweb!!!!

Mweb is probably the most useless service provider out there, with staff that do not understand their own internal processes. I am trying to create a business account with Mweb and then have a hosting product for the business with them. This sounds simple but rocket science to them, nobody in this useless company can effectively do this. All they are trained to do is put you on hold or deflect you to someone else. I spent another 43 minutes on the call with these guys and most of it on hold, the last person that put me on hold ended up dropping the call on me. Is this how you behave when you want business? I even reached out to their social media page is none the better, do not respond to inbox messages , then only reply to posts instead of getting someone to call me. Nobody must ask me why when i cancel my fibre with them soon as result of their poor service!!!
