The level of incompetence at MWEB will cost you money

Their services are despicable and it will cost you money--first they installed our Internet then never sent the modem--we phone and ask for modem and the person there opens a whole new account - now we pay for 2 accounts for 2 months--finally get it sorted and expect a credit--THEY SWITCH OFF OUR CURRENT ACCOUNT AND CHARGE US R3200 cancellation fee! WHAT? The incompetence has no bounds! Trying to phone and fix it now- GUESS WHAT NO ONE IS ANSWERING! How difficult is this to fix @mweb
