The ever *********** mweb

Mweb makes it extremely difficult to cancel your account. In order to log into the online portal to manage the subscription, you need to speak to an agent at the call center to receive an OTP. When you call the call center, you will be in a ridiculously long queue (I was caller no. 24). Why do I have to spend hours waiting on the phone, not to cancel my account, but to get an OTP to log in to the online portal. It is extremely difficult to process the cancelation and therefore I suggest that you don't even sign up with mweb to begin with.
