THE ESKOM OF ISP’s

Sorry excuse for a company. If you thinking of switching to mweb STOP RIGHT THERE! don’t invest into their infrastructure so at certain times at night your speed will drop by more than 50%! Always between 18:00-21:30. I cancelled with them and they stopped the internet to our line on 1 October but stupid idiots are still using the line so Cool Ideas can’t take over yet. And they don’t work weekends so I had to wait till Monday to get this sorted where it still takes another 24 hours for something they should have done on Saturday the October 1st!! Sorry excuse for a company and extremely unprofessional. IF ESKOM PROVIDED INTERNET IT WOULD BE MWEB
