The absolute WORST service! Waited on a call to be answered at the technical support for more than 2 hours
The absolute WORST service! Waited on a call to be answered at the technical support for more than 2 hours. Jonathan at support, are clueless. When I finally get through to him, he wants to refer me to another technical team. When all he needed to do was just reset my connection! Spoke to Sindisiwe in the sales department and what a gem! She's the reason I will not move to a different provider just yet!
