Imagine having to call more than five times 3 days in a row and spending over 30 minutes on the line, only to not receive the help you need for a simple issue that could easily be resolved if the customer service team was willing to assist. I was transferred repeatedly without any assistance and had to call again. Luckily for me, a kind customer service representative named Servallyn finally helped by escalating my issue, providing me with a reference number, and advising me on how long the process would take.

It didn’t even take her five minutes to attempt to resolve the issue. I also appreciated that she informed me she was still on the line while logging a ticket for me, instead of deceiving me with cold transfers like other agents did, forcing me to explain my issue over and over again.
