Over many years I have often had reason to appeal to MWEB's technical team and have always been helped. Yesterday was no exception when Jay helped with a problem on my laptop. Besides his knowledge, his extreme patience and reassurance throughout quite a lengthy discussion was exceptional and deserves acknowledgement on a public forum! Thank you Jay!
