I finally managed to get hold of Mweb after having tried for sometime now and am extremely pleased with the service I received today. Just want to extend my utmost sincere gratitude to Zahid (hope spelling is correct) in Accounts as well as Mzi in Technical support for their swift, efficient and friendly service. Thank you for going the extra mile, your kind support and assistance is highly appreciated. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days but you both have restored my confidence in Mweb and customer services, thank you, keep up the Stellar service :)
