Thabiet is so effecient

I recently bought the ****le for Wi-fi, i couldn't use it as i always got the error, i called the call center several times to no avail, i therefore sent an email to complain department who did not take time to respond saying they have escalated the matter to technical department, i got a call on the 28th December, spoke to Thabiet, he was very efficient and so competent, it didn't take him 2 minutes to figure out where the problem is and resolve it. i spoke to several consultant since the 14th December waiting for the problem to be resolved, all thanx to Thabiet i'm connected now.
