Terrible Wifi Service provider

My wifi at work has been cutting out every hour on the hour and then it takes 10 minutes to boot back up, I called Mweb they said they were going to restart my wifi from their side, now my wifi is not working at all. I called them again and they said there is a problem with my account, even though my account is paid in full every month and I have never skipped a month. Absolute terrible service from Mweb
