Terrible to NO SERVICE!!!

Terrible service provider.No way to get hold of them.My internet is down for weeks now and no one can come and assist because YOU CANNOT get hold of MWEB.Paying for a service youre not getting.Using the internet to earn money and do school kids.NOOOO WAY I am paying this month end aswell!!
