Terrible terrible service from MWEB

The worst service from a ISP I have ever dealt with!!! Moved home and submitted all documents way in advance. It was confirmed that Fibre internet will be ready and activated when we move in. And still nothing!!! No feedback and no solution provided. Don’t even mention having to spend numerous calls and amount of hours spent trying to find out what’s going on.
