Terrible Terrible service from Mweb!!!

ZERO STAR RATING!!!! Went with Mweb due to their supposedly superior service. What utter nonsense.. I have been offline since Monday and they cannot fix the problem... Always saying that it is Vumatel vumatel, BUt vumatel doe snot debit my account MWB DOES!!!! Spoke to a Niba on the phone, what a waste of oxygen on this agent who does not or cannot help anyone...
