Terrible, terrible Service

I haven't received my router and I have tried contacting Mweb sales as I received a message saying that there was an error or delay with my order but all I get is their dumb robot on the line. No decency to call and at least let me know what happened or how long this will take to be solved. This is some of the worst service I have ever received!
