Terrible Technical Support Service Delivery

My MWEB Fibre line keeps on disconnecting and then buffing when it eventually connects. I have logged queries on the MWEB app but I still have the same problem. Their technical support team reset my connection twice already but now it's worse than what it was before. I was in the line trying to get hold of technical support for more than an hour today but there is still no solution to my problem. For R1045 p.m I expect better service.
