Terrible support

I've had terrible experience with them so far. I placed an order with then on the 2December2025 then received the router the next day however till this day(16Dec2025) my fibre box hasn't been configured. I sent all kinds of proof to show that I am the rightful owner of the property and they should release the line from the previous occupant but no luck! When you call them you become caller no 25 and have to be on the line for over 50minutes just waiting to get to their support agents.
