Terrible service. Unable to cancel my account.

I have been trying to cancel my account for over a week. I go through the lengthy voice prompts on the IVR to enter my ID number and Pin only to be told 'Sorry we cannot assist you right now' and then the call terminates.

I then tried the web route to log a query and it fails to load my products on the cancellation screen. It then gives me the number to phone which repeats the same process as the one above.

I tried from last week to cancel so that I met the calendar months notice requirements. Unacceptable service.
