Terrible Service Regarding a Move

I've moved homes and submitted a transfer in advance.

It's been over 2 weeks now and still no installation was done. I've actually even finished 90% off all of my minutes trying to call MWEB as they keep escalating but nothing gets done (100 minutes wasted, my time and my money).

I've sent them an email to cancel my order. There are tons of ISPs willing to at least speak with the client and assist, but not these people.
