Terrible service on technical issue

I have had an issue with my fibre line through Mweb and Vumatel. I have logged two queries and had no feedback at all. I call in and there are like 24 callers before me and I hold on forever. This service is terrible and I am reliant on my fibre for work.

If I am not assisted immediately I will be changing my provider
