Terrible service on a Technical Issue with my VOIP phone going on for more than 3 weeks now

Terrible service on a Technical Issue with my VOIP phone going on for more than 3 weeks now and no solution.!! If I can give a -1 start I would.

I have logged a technical call to MWEB 3 weeks ago regarding calls not coming in through to my VOIP phone Business Landline

Each time I have to hold on for 20 or more minutes.

It is now 3 weeks, and my issue is still not solved. They don't phone m back on my cellphone or help.

This is terrible service, and I am going to take my service somewhere else soon. This is a Business Telephone line, and it is an URGENT ISSUE.

Worst service I have ever experienced in years!

I don't recommend MWEB at all for VOIP phone support.
