Terrible service, no fiber installed after months

Truly terrible service from MWEB. Months have passed and no one had showed up to install my fiber line. I phone on a daily basis to complain and follow up on my order yet no one has showed up to install my fiber.

On top of that all the client service people you speak to on the phone are truly rude, will hang up you, say they cannot assist, transfer you from one department to the next yet no one can assist.

I would give them negative stars if possible. Do not let these ******** fool you.
