Terrible service , NO assistance , NO INTERNET!!!!!

we have been clients of MWEB for almost 3 years . about a year and a bit ago we upgraded to Fibre , as this is the FUTURE. Our line has never been stable and not giving the expected speed as sold but to make things worse , the last almost 3 weeks our internet keeps dropping , every 10 MIN!!!!!! we have logged multiple technical calls , NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU! today after holding on for more than 30 min , eventually we get to speak to a technician . She advises that she can see that there is a problem and she is going to change our IP and that this will resolve the problem and makes specific note that we DO NOT NEED TO CALL BACK . well here we are another 4 hours later and it drops every 10 MIN! Can someone please call us and sort this out ?????? alternative i see no other choice but to cancel this agreement!
