Terrible Service MWEB & OPEN SERVE

I requested Mweb to install fibre at my home in March 2020. I paid over the money they requested. To date Mweb or Open Serve has not contacted me. I have spent hundreds of Rands calling them and I still can’t get a proper answer as to why they haven’t done anything with regards to my installation. TERRIBLE SERVICE
