Terrible service mweb

I was without service for 4 days, unable to get through to mweb. I didn't complain. When I eventually got through to them, no apology, I was brushed off. Now my account is being suspended for R 30.00 short payment. The person not interested.. I should have complained when I received the terrible service...mweb you do not have a clue how to treat existing customers....just quick for new business
