Terrible Service From. MWEB/FROGFOOT

I signed up for a contract with Mweb/Frogfoot on the 28 Jan 2026. They were very quick to deduct the connection fee and 5 days later deducted the subscription amounting to over R1000. They have deducted a subscription again today for almost R700. I still do not have internet. I'm paying for nothing. How can I pay for a service I don't have. I've called the call centre more than 15 times this month. Nobody can assist me in getting me connected. I am gatvol and I'm going to talk this further to the consumer protection forum. MWEB services I'd pathetic and I want a full refund for my Connection fee plus 2 months subscription. The worst service provider ever. If I do not hear from. MWEB in the next week I'm going to sue them for bridge of contract on their side. They are quick to hand you over for non payment. We'll they don't know me. I will take this further. I am a very very unhappy customer
