Terrible Service from MWEB sales and technical team.

Terrible service I am receiving from MWEB. Opened an account on 10 July. Router delivered 23 July. Router not working still on 31 July. Spoke to their sales team since 23 to activate account. Account only activated on 30 July. Spoke to no less than 4 of their Technical Specialists. Collectively on the phone for more that 10hours with their specialist. They can’t figure out the problem.
