Terrible service from Mweb.

Hi There, 2 months ago I switched from my internet provider to Mweb. Mweb was running a promotion under for 150mbps upload and download from R899.00 to R699.00 until December. Mweb allocated a 75Mbps unload and download instead. Ive called, email, chat on their internet with them with no help for 2 months now.

You hold on the line for hours before you get through the agent, who will transfer you to the next department than drop the call afterwards. 2 months later I have the worst connection ever. I cannot cope with my internet needs, keep dropping/ buffering or no connection at all.

Worse service provider ever!
