Terrible service from Mweb

Mweb customer service is terrible. I waited more than 3 weeks for installation and now I cant seem to get my internet activated from Mweb side. They also got my name incorrect on my account. I have been calling 4 times for a cumalative time of more than an hour, but everytime I am cut off. I feel that I made a stupid decision to choose Mweb as my ISP.
