Terrible service from mweb

It’s impossible to get them to sort out issues with fibre speed . The staff are not correctly trained to handle faults . Yesterday I was holding on for at least 40 minutes to get help . When I did eventually did get someone in technical support . He did or was not able to assist saying it’s another departments problem or fault. Today I am waiting for 30 minutes so far for help . Mweb does not deserve any business from South African public. They just care for the money not the people giving it to them . Very poor quality service .
